Matthew 25; D&C 45:56-59

We discussed in class the significance of the story of the ten virgins. I liked the last two verses of the story,

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I ^aknow you not.

13 ^aWatch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

I like this because Jesus Christ is the bridegroom and his people are the virgins. We must be ready at all times for when he comes for us. We need to remeber to always be prepared and to listen to what he asks us to do. If we are not prepared he "will know us not" and will close the door on us because we willfully rejected him knowing the consequence. In my life u must always remeber to stay strong in the gospel and share it with others.
